Both for our London and New York offices, we are constantly looking for recent graduates or professionals with up to 12 months of experience in an expert network, executive search or consulting role (Associate level). Languages in addition to English are a plus.
Our Associates are at the core of our business and key members of the execution team. Main responsibilities include:
conducting granular research into various sectors to map key organisations and executives in a given ecosystem
vetting and securing the most relevant C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients
presenting research findings to our PE clients in the context of a live deal process
Adherence to our values is key in our selection process, so you will naturally drive for excellence, be tenacious and collaborative. In addition, we look for detail-oriented and commercial individuals with strong written and oral communication skills.
